Appointment times

Routine consultations are scheduled for 15 minutes.

Some doctors and nurse practitioners have evening clinics to enable you to see your provider outside normal business hours. If your appointment is urgent, we may be able to see you on the day, but you may not see the provider of your choice.

If you have multiple issues to discuss with your doctor or nurse practitioner, or have an issue that you know will take longer than 15 minutes, you will need to book and pay for a double appointment.

We have a large team of doctors and nurse practitioners, and encourage you to identify with one provider as this helps to build rapport and promote continuity of care.  As your doctor or nurse practitioner will be away at various times, if you have long-term health conditions, it is beneficial if you have a second provider you know and can see in your provider’s absence.
