District Nurse Clinic moving

From Monday 27th January, the District Nursing Clinic in Upper Hutt will be located in a new building.

You can now find the clinic upstairs at No.10 Criterion Lane, Upper Hutt.

The entrance is signposted Hutt Valley DHB and located beside the back of Lagan’s Pharmacy.

There is parking available and a lift for access to the first floor clinic and waiting area.
